The business meeting held at the closing of our 2004 reunion brought a number of changes to our By Laws. I will not go into all the details here on the website. Members will receive a copy of the changes in the newsletter PF will be sending out in the next few months. Any member who was not in Las Vegas in June and wants to see the changes sooner can contact me and I’ll send you a copy. However there are two big changes that I’ll fill you in on right now.

          1.  A reunion will be held every year instead of every other year.

          2.  The reunion will be held in different cities to be determined by the membership.

The site voted upon at each reunion will always be two years ahead.  This will allow
our Secretary/Treasure and the local contact to deal for good hotel rates, etc., for
our reunion.

At this reunion the membership selected the next two reunion locations. In the future, the reunion attendees will not select the site of the next reunion. They will select the site of the reunion two years out. Each year at the reunion any member can propose a reunion site and should be prepared to sell his proposal to the membership.

By holding our reunions every year at different locations we think we’ll give an opportunity to more people to attend. I am really excited about the Association’s future reunions!
